Drake and Rihanna avoid each other in Abu Dhabi

Rihanna and Drake have gone their
separate ways because according to
TMZ, Drake wouldn't stop seeing
other women. The two who ended
their summer fling in October are
said to have avoided each other in
Abu Dhabi
☀☀
From The Mirror
☀☀
Despite the fact that both
superstars were in Abu Dhabi at
the same time to celebrate the
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, they failed
to perform together all but
confirming that their on/off
romance is officially done.
Rihanna was headlining the after
race concert at the du Arena and
was expected to bring out her
frequent collaborator, Drake, to
make a cameo appearance, as
they have done several times over
the past few months. A source
told Mirror Online: "Rihanna was
an hour late to the stage and
didn't impress us too much. It
was like she didn't want to be
here. We were so gutted she
didn't bring out Drake especially
as he was already in the country.
It just doesn't make sense that
they wouldn't duet together.

Don't vote for change- Fayose advises Ghanaians as they head to the polls on Dec.7th

Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose, has
advised Ghanaians not to vote for
change as they head to the polls to
vote for their next president on
December 7th. In a statement
released by his media aide, Lere
Olayinka, Fayose said Nigerians
voted for change in 2015 and are
currently in hunger, suffering and
economic recession. He made the
call when he played host to some
men of God from Gahana at the
state house in Ado-Ekiti. The
statement in part reads

"By buying into the All
Progressives Congress (APC)
message of change, Nigerians are
now facing a kind of hunger and
suffering never experienced in the
country in the last 30 years and
Ghanaians must not fall into that
kind of trap. Ghanaians should
not succumb to the deceit of the
opposition party that are calling
for a change of government.
Rather, they should return the
incumbent President, John
Mahama, who has no doubt done
creditably well to deserve a re-
election. Ghanaians should know
that the change in Nigeria
brought hunger, suffering,
disregard for the rule of law as
well as arrest and detention of
Nigerians without trial and be
mindful of those preaching
change to them. Most
importantly, the situation in
Ghana at present is similar to that
of Nigeria.

Like President Mohammadu
Buhari, opposition party, New
Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate,
Nana Akufo-Addo has contested
the presidency two times. This is
the third time he is contesting. He
is also 74 year-old. In Nigeria,
change is synonymous with
economic recession that is even
getting to the level of depression.
When majority of those who
brought the change are now
regretting it. Tell your people in
Ghana that Nigerians are already
regretting the change they made
last year, which has plunged the
country into serious economic
hardship. Tell them to learn from
Nigerians and reject those
preaching message of change to
them. They should hold on to the
government that they have now
and beware of a change that will
take their country to economic
recession.”

Pep Guardiola forgives Yaya Toure, starts him for 1st time this season

Manchester city head coach Pep
Guardiola has apparently forgiven
midfielder Yaya Toure as he was
among the start up line in
Saturday's Premier League clash
against Crystal Palace which they
won after Toure scored twice to
move Man City level at the top of
the league.
This is the first time Toure is playing
this season for Man City in the EPL
after he was frozen out by Pep
Guardiola following 'insulting'
statements from Yaya's agent.
Toure was told by Guardiola in
September that he would not play
for City again unless his agent
Dmitry Seluk apologised for
claiming Guardiola had
“humiliated” his client by omitting
him from the club’s 25-man
Champions League squad.
Guardiola's statements made Yaya
Toure release a statement before
the FIFA international break,
apologizing for his agent's
statements and urging for
forgiveness from the club.

Donald Trump demands an apology from the Hamilton cast for confronting VP-elect Mike Pence

President-elect Donald Trump on
Saturday criticized the cast of
‘Hamilton’ for confronting vice
president-elect Mike Pence when he
attended the Broadway show,
Hamilton, Friday night. When the
former Indiana governor took his
seat at the show, the audience
booed him.
At the end of the show, Mike Pence
got up to leave while actor Brandon
Victor Dixon was giving credits, the
actor noticed Mike Pence get up
and stopped him to deliver a
message.
Dixon read a statement reportedly
drafted by Lin-Manuel Miranda, the
creator of “Hamilton,” with input
from cast members. The statement
emphasized the diversity of the
show’s actors and their broad
concerns about the Trump
administration.
.
He said:
“Vice President-elect Pence, I see
you walking out but I hope you
will hear us, just a few more
moments. There’s nothing to boo
here, ladies and gentlemen,”
“Vice President-elect Pence, we
welcome you and we truly thank
you for joining us here at
‘Hamilton: An American Musical’
— we really do. We sir — we —
are the diverse America who are
alarmed and anxious that your
new administration will not
protect us, our planet, our
children, our parents, or defend
us and uphold our inalienable
rights, sir. But we truly hope that
this show has inspired you to
uphold our American values, and
to work on behalf of all of us. All
of us. Again, we truly thank you
for sharing in this show, this
wonderful American story told by
a diverse group of men and
women of different colors, creeds
and orientations.”
Well said. And the crowd agreed
and clapped ..
Donald Trump this morning, took to
his twitter page to criticize the cast
for confronting Mike.

Ghen ghen! Harrysong dumps Five Star Music...starts own music label

There is about to be another artist/ label drama/fight in the Nigerian entertainment industry. And this time, it's between Raggae Blues singer Harrysong and his Five Star Music label. This evening, Harrysong shared the poster on the left on his IG page, he didn't say what it was about but when LIB went digging, we found out it was his own music label. Thing is, Harrysong still has a 2-year contract with Five Star Music and we hear Five Star Music will be coming for him... We don't have all the details but according to someone in the know, Harrysong was unhappy with his contract and wanted out. Without informing Five Star, he started his own label. A source close to the music label said he believes that the music label will take it up with Harrysong as they paid a lot of money to break his contract with his former music label, Kevin Luciano's Question Mark Records before they could even sign him and they have spent a lot of money on him and he still has contractual agreements with them until 2018. Harrysong doesn't seem to care as he's already launched his own label. More on this later Tweet @Lastborn11 (07060428346)
